At Snyder Jewelers we use an expert watch maker for all of our major watch repairs. He is equipped to repair and clean all major brand name watches including Rolex and Omega. After leaving your watch with us for repair, we will hand deliver it to our watch maker. He will then disassemble the watch and determine any problem it may have. After assessing the problem he will provide us with a detailed estimate including what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair it.

We then notify you of the estimate at which time you can either authorize us to have the repair completed or decide not to complete the repair. Upon your authorizantion we will notify the watch maker and get the repair completed.

We take great pride in providing accurate estimates, however some older watches and more fragile watches can be more delicate to work on. In some instances the watch maker will begin an authorized repair and discover another problem in the process. In such a circumstance we will attempt to work with the customer to arrive at a reasonable compromise to our original estimate. Please be aware that watch repair is a highly skilled profession and some repairs take as long as 4 weeks.
