All are authentic letter from our customers. We are always glad to hear from customers who are happy with their new purchase or gift and take great pride in providing personalized service, not usually available in chain & mall stores.

My husband Paul B. just recently purchased a custom ring for me as a surprise for our 10th wedding anniversary. He brought in a few rings (a promise ring and my wedding set) and I was shocked to see that all the diamonds were used in the ring.

I just wanted to express what a beautiful job you did with the ring. Very impressed with the store (and my husband)! It is perfect in every way for me! It was our first experience with your jewelry store and I can promise you we will definitely be coming back. In fact, we were already discussing coming with another diamond band I have to create a new band to go with this ring.

I wanted to personally thank you for your help when I was in on Saturday picking up my wife's mothers day present. She absolutely loved it. I also wanted to let you know that I handle all your projects internally here at Standard, although, Dennis does design them. If you need quick answers on timelines or anything else, you can contact me directly. I know back in March when Dennis was away you put the newsletter on hold until he got back.

Hi Robin:  It was nice meeting you yesterday.  Thanks for your hrelp in picking out a graduation gift I was looking for (I bought the pearl stud earrings).  I can't wait to give them to my friend's daughter.  I know that she will love them!  That was a great idea!
I also was looking at the convertible collection for myself.  I realized when I went to work today (The Paper Store) that our prices are about the same as yours, so I will probably get the bracelet there.  But, I know I will be back to Snyder's for some future purchases.  I love so much of your jewelery there.  And, I will have to bring my husband in, too!

Rings of a lifetime!

I just picked up my remounted custom wedding band set. I am in love all over again! I had my original diamonds reset into a custom 3 stone and wedding band. They are perfect. Snyders created a one of a kind setting just the way I wanted it. We had gone to Boston to reset my bands at first,(where we originally bought the diamonds) but we were going to have to settle for less due to the cost. Someone told me about Snyders, and I got exactly what I wanted and for a fraction of the cost! Plus Mark and his staff made me feel like a princess! I love it!

Hey Mark,

All went well.  I waited until Spain, just last week.  She absolutely loves it & got several compliments on the ring when we were in Spain.  So good work on our part! 

It fits perfect, so I think we're okay w/ re-sizing.  We'll be visiting you in the next few months for certain..  We've agreed to take a few weeks off before we start any real planning, but we're probably going to aim for March or April of next year in Mexico.
